La nivel de tineret, Partick Thistle dispune de mai multe echipe, inclusiv Partick U20, care participă în Scottish Professional Development League. Echipa este formată din jucători cu vârste cuprinse între 18 și 20 de ani, care se pregătesc pentru a face tranziția la echipa de seniori.
