Cupa Premier League U21 Anglia (cunoscută și sub numele de Cupa Premier League sub 21 de ani) este un turneu de fotbal pentru echipele sub 21 ale celor 20 de cluburi din Premier League. A fost înființată în 2013-2014 și este organizată de Premier League. Turneul a fost creat pentru a oferi tinerilor jucători mai multe oportunități de a juca fotbal competitiv și pentru a-i ajuta să se dezvolte ca jucători.

Cele 16 echipe rămase intră în competiție în turul întâi. Meciurile se joacă pe terenurile echipelor participante, iar tragerea la sorți este deschisă.

Câștigătoarea Cupei Premier League U21 este premiată cu trofeul Cupei Premier League U21.
